Richard Nilsson was inspired to get involved in charity work after seeing The Live Aid in 1985 organized by Bob Geldof. He joined Amnesty International and has since then supported several charity organisations. Richard Nilsson himself organised a fundraising to a hospital for children in 2007.
Richard Nilsson supports the following organisations:

Amnesty International (www.amnesty.org)
Charity Projects Entertainment Fund (www.cpefund.org)
War Child International (www.warchild.org)
The Global Fund (www.theglobalfund.org)
In 2008 Richard Nilsson started the project Résidence 4 Life. His idea is to provide consumers with luxury products and services and at the same time a certain percent of any purchase within that label will go directly to charity. What kind of charity organisation the donation will go to is decided by the consumer of the product.
Résidence 4 Life is not a charity organisation, it is a simple business model where consumers can help fight against poverty, war, HIV etc.
As a consumer you have tremendous power and your choice will make a difference. The poverty in the world is not a technical problem - it is a human problem. Choose Résidence 4 Life for a better world.
